As General Manager of RNF Ventures, Kelly is responsible for overall management duties of a progressive general contracting firm. Kelly has over 30 years of diversified experience in the industry. From his start as an Inter-provincial Journeyman Carpenter, he has worked his way “up the ladder” to the position he currently holds. Kelly has been with RNF Ventures since 1979. Kelly has been a Gold Seal Certified Project Manager since 2004. He is a past board member of the Prince Albert Construction Association and the chairman of the Saskatchewan Construction Association. Kelly is a past chairman of the General Contractors Association and is the past secretary treasurer for Merit Contractors Association. Kelly and his wife, Susi, have raised four children, are the proud grandparents of nine grandchildren and are lifelong residents of the area.
